Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of our guests
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction and team performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of guest experience
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
