Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and that all tasks and objectives are being carried out to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards.
- Manage the impact on our Profit and Loss (P&L) and effectively execute our Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRRT) strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of our initial 90-day program for new team members and ensure all personnel-related activities are carried out in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Set clear objectives and Performance Development Plans (PDPs) for your team, support team surveys, lead action plans, and uphold our brand standards.
We are looking for someone with extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs. You will have high standards and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in leading both permanent and temporary teams to achieve outstanding results.
