Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning shifts, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and guest experience are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the efficient delivery of cleaning services
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and process enhancements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
