Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager will oversee the smooth delivery of cleaning operations in Bognor Regis. This role involves ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled, and team members are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Mobaro quality control checks to ensure CAFF standards are met
Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Lead feedback discussions to drive improvements in Guest and Employee NPS
Manage the impact on P&L and effectively execute the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRRT) strategy
About You
This role requires a strong leader who can oversee a successful cleaning operation, ensuring strict adherence to CAFF standards. You will stay informed about NPS scores within your department and take proactive steps to improve these scores and reduce guest complaints.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs. They will exhibit high standards and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in leading both permanent and temporary teams to achieve outstanding results.
