Job Overview

The Service Administrator role at Luton Bennett is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who excel in planning, coordination, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance scheduling, monitoring breakdowns, and reporting on contract performance.
  • Liaise with regional technical management to address performance issues and provide insights into engineer performance.
  • Utilize planning software to arrange engineer calls with customers via phone or email.
  • Prepare service engineer job packages, review engineer reports, and log updates into our system.
Requirements:
  • Proven administration experience and/or scheduling coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
