Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Service Administrator. This role involves scheduling engineers and ensuring all reports are received and customers are kept informed about their works.

You will be responsible for scheduling engineers and managing maintenance contracts for prestigious clients, ensuring that all reports are received and customers are informed about their works. If you have some experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating engineers, this will be an advantage, but full training on our company's products and systems will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Work Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with flexible working arrangements. You will work from home one day a week (Monday) and spend Tuesday to Friday in our office. Your working hours will be between 9am and 5pm, with flexibility to start between 8am and 10am.
