Workforce Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to support our team in Hounslow. In this role, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, collaborate with the Head of Workforce Management, and assist in creating effective staff schedules. You will also support agency relationship management and address discrepancies in employee and agency worker hours.

Qualifications and Requirements
