Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our office in Hounslow, where you will join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our workforce management practices. As a Workforce Management Coordinator, you will support the Head of Workforce Management in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Workforce Management to support the development and implementation of strategic workforce management solutions.
  • Assist in creating effective staff schedules that meet the dynamic demands of the business.
  • Support the management and coordination of agency relationships, serving as a point of contact for agency-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate weekly labor reports.
  • Address discrepancies in employee and agency worker hours, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to make necessary adjustments promptly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align workforce strategies with business objectives
