Service Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our Hounslow office. In this role, you will provide critical support to our operations team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating service visits and appointments, ensuring that all schedules are up to date and accurate
- Managing the flow of information between service technicians, customers, and management, ensuring seamless communication
- Liaising with suppliers to place orders and manage inventory
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as raising purchase orders and processing payments
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also be able to accurately follow instructions and deliver tasks to deadlines.
