Hotel Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our luxury boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hotel management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of department managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and budgeting processes.
