About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of one of our hotels, ensuring the delivery of our core values and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure hitting P&L targets and maintain a high level of compliance.
  • Lead from the front and be hands-on in all aspects of hotel operations, including front-end delivery and back-of-house processes.
  • Relate and manage procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience and enhance our brand and revenue.
