About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team at Daish's Holidays. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of one of our hotels, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a commitment to our core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver our core values of clean and comfortable accommodation, good food, great entertainment, and friendly service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure hitting P&L targets, and manage the staff team to ensure the hotel's smooth operation and full compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our hotel remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within the leisure or tourism industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
