Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to support women involved in the criminal justice system, experiencing multiple vulnerabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, undertaking needs assessments, support planning, and delivering rehabilitative interventions to enable women to break down barriers and achieve lasting change.

This role involves working with specialist organisations in the local area to develop effective partnerships and provide holistic support to women.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of women involved in the criminal justice system
  • Undertake needs assessments and develop support plans to address complex needs
  • Deliver rehabilitative interventions to promote positive change
  • Develop partnerships with specialist organisations to enhance support services

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting vulnerable women
  • Effective engagement skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Track record of developing partnerships with specialist organisations

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
