Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic person to support women in the criminal justice system with complex needs.

As a Women's Criminal Justice Specialist, you will manage your own case load, undertaking needs assessments, support planning, and delivering rehabilitative interventions.

Our services utilise a trauma-informed approach to engage women and address needs holistically, including one-to-one support, outreach, and group interventions.

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate good engagement skills working with women and have a track record of developing effective partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area.

The role involves working with women who have experienced multiple vulnerabilities and complex needs, and you will need to be able to provide support and guidance to help them achieve lasting change.
