Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus auto enrolment pension with 6% employer contribution. You will also receive 25 days holiday pa plus statutory holidays.



Job Description


As a Criminal Justice Support Specialist, you will work closely with women involved in the criminal justice system, providing individualised support and guidance to help them overcome barriers and achieve lasting change. This will involve conducting needs assessments, developing support plans, and delivering rehabilitative interventions that address trauma and promote holistic well-being.



Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent engagement skills, working effectively with women from diverse backgrounds. You should also have a track record of developing partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area.
