About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Victim Support Wiltshire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to achieve their goals, continually learn, and adapt to provide the best service for victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and management team to achieve the implementation of workforce plans and the development of the service to maximize positive outcomes for those who access the service.
  • Proactively promote the service, raise awareness of services, and work with professionals collaboratively to improve access to and quality of services.
  • Understand and apply legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safe working practices, and ensure the maintenance of records in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other legal requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience of providing crisis management, support, and guidance in sometimes stressful and difficult situations to a team with a client service focus.
