Job Summary

This role involves engaging and supporting female clients in Swindon who are experiencing multiple vulnerabilities and complex needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for empowering women and a commitment to delivering holistic, gender-responsive support.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to ¢24,000 per annum (pro rata), plus auto enrolment pension with a 6% employer contribution. Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata) plus statutory holidays.

Job Description
  • Manage your own case load, providing one-to-one support, outreach, and group interventions to enable women to break down barriers and achieve lasting change.
  • Undertake needs assessments and develop support plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Develop effective partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A track record of developing effective relationships with women who have experienced trauma and multiple vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and individuals.
