We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our small, busy, and personable team. This role offers a competitive annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate and schedule works with sub-contractors to meet project deadlines
- Provide strong administrative and accounts support to the management team
- Collaborate with the management team to effectively handle office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Utilize CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) to track and manage client relationships and projects
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a construction-based company
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous XERO experience is advantageous
- A competitive annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000
- 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)
- Pension scheme
