We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our manufacturing site in Preston Brook, Runcorn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative activities, including arranging staff training and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Arranging staff training and development opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with using computers and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work 8am to 4pm, 3 to 4 days per week
