Cygnet Health Care, a leading provider of mental health and disability services, is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join their community-based clinical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services at three learning disability residential services in the region. This role is ideal for newly qualified SLTs or those looking for a new challenge.

The post holder will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in individuals with autism and learning disabilities. They will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to achieve their goals. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete post-basic dysphagia training and receive ongoing competency support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with autism and learning disabilities. You will also require good organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to work in dynamic environments. We offer a competitive salary range of £29,544 - £35,964, depending on experience.
