Cygnet is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our community-based clinical team. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £30,145 per annum, reflecting the demands of working with individuals with learning disabilities and autistic adults.
Job Description- This role involves providing speech and language therapy services at three of our learning disability residential services in the region.
- The post holder will work with a maximum caseload size of 15, ensuring personalized support and care for each individual.
- We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech and Language Therapist with placement experience or a strong interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities.
- A focus on person-centred support and planning is essential, along with good organizational skills and a willingness to work flexibly in dynamic environments.
- The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
