Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Croydon. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring customers receive a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, including sales budgets and delivery targets.
- Motivate, coach, and support the sales team to hit set targets and achieve sales goals.
- Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to perform at their best.
- Manage rotas, holidays, and sickness, ensuring the store is always fully staffed.
- Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store, dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Review and manage your team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation, ensuring the store is a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a sales-driven environment.

- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
