Operations Coordinator

This role is a key part of our team at KINTO UK, working closely with Toyota Financial Services to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Premier Team: Provide a point of contact for customer queries, make electronic bookings for vehicle service and maintenance, and liaise with internal and external partners to resolve queries.
- Downtime: Monitor and manage downtime on KINTO Fleet vehicles, provide a point of contact for customer queries, and liaise with internal and external partners to resolve queries.
- Incident Management: Speak with customers on the phone, deal with repair centres, body shops, and mobile repairers, and work with our third-party accident management supplier to provide a seamless service.
- Fleet Admin: Process fines, Congestion Charges, ULEZ charges, and CAZ charges, manage V5s, Cherished Plates, and vehicle relicensing, and manage the Motor Insurance Database and MOT and Service reminders.
- Remarketing: Request and manage End of Contract Inspect and Collection Requests, publish vehicles for sale, and assist in customer monthly reports and end of contract charges.
- Resilient and resourceful with good organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong customer focus, first time resolution, and effective complaint handling.
- Organised to manage own workload, problem solving, and solutions focused.
