Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in Worcester, UK.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure seamless operations.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations to meet company standards.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Managing office filing systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
