About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Trauma & Orthopaedics department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our elective recovery programme.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient services, both onsite and at outreach locations. You will also contribute to the efficient running of our busy unit and participate in ongoing service development.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess relevant fellowship training in soft tissue knee surgery or upper limb elective and trauma surgery. Experience in clinical supervision, education, and research is also essential. Additionally, you should have effective leadership skills, with a proven track record in quality improvement projects and service enhancement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including generous leave entitlements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.

Please note that interviews will take place in January 2025, and we aim to commence this appointment in March 2025.
