About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking an experienced Training Programme Developer to lead the development of our training strategy and needs analysis for the new case management system. This is a fixed-term, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training plans and materials
  • Lead the training effort and development of courses and supporting materials
  • Advise on improving our current e-learning offering
  • Play a key role in making the delivery of our new case management system a success

About You

To be successful, you will have a passion for making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people. You will also have:

  • Experience with delivering Training Needs Analysis and developing comprehensive training plans
  • Training programme development experience to include multiple delivery methods
  • Ability to conduct training effectiveness analysis and adapt delivery to ensure improved effectiveness
  • Experience of developing high-quality training materials
