We are seeking an experienced Training Program Manager to join our team at Jenkinhalls Recruitment. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering on-site customer training programs for Blood Glucose and Blood Gas products in Central London, Greater London, and South East England.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing background with experience of training, knowledge of Point of Care testing products, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, IT specialists, and Product Manager to add value throughout the sales process. Regular travel is required, and nights away from home will be frequent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site customer training programs for Blood Glucose and Blood Gas products
  • Maintain and document customer training records
  • Assist customers with ongoing Training, Audits, and onsite after-sales support
  • Work closely with local teams to add value throughout the sales process
