About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to join our team at Kingston College. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in education.

As a member of our Apprenticeship Management Team, you will be responsible for managing apprenticeships in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate apprenticeships across the STEP Construction department
  • Work closely with teachers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of apprenticeships
  • Monitor and evaluate apprentices' progress, providing feedback and support as needed
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in apprenticeship management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

This role is based at Kingston College, with occasional travel to Carshalton College.
