Job Overview

As a key member of the Apprenticeship Management Team at Kingston College, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction.

Working closely with the Business Development team, the appointee will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new partnerships, ensuring the continued growth and success of the apprenticeship programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of employers and learners

Job Description

Based at Kingston College Monday to Thursday and Carshalton College on Friday, the Group Deputy Head will have responsibility for Apprenticeships in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction.

Within this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to develop and secure new business, following up on new leads and opportunities.

As a member of the Apprenticeship Management Team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes, working closely with employers and learners to ensure the continued growth and success of the programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of employers and learners
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new partnerships
  • Leading the development and delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction
