Job Title: Group Deputy Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Deputy Head to join our Apprenticeship Management Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully tracking and monitoring apprentices through their programmes, engaging with employers, and developing apprenticeships and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and support at-risk learners to achieve or exceed their potential.
  • Collaborate with the Group Apprenticeship Team Leader and Apprenticeship Administrators to ensure clear coordination of the sign-up process and its accuracy and compliance of the paperwork.
  • Support the development of apprenticeships and curriculum, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the apprenticeship programme.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of successfully tracking and monitoring apprentices through their programmes.
  • Proven track record of engaging with employers and developing apprenticeships and curriculum.
  • High personal standards and expectations, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work at other sites with the respective apprenticeship teams as directed by the Group Head of Apprenticeships.
