The Role
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Guest Services Manager to join our team at The Cumberland. As a key member of our hotel's leadership, you'll be responsible for coaching and guiding the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality, you'll ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Coach and develop the Guest Services team to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and improve service standards, identifying areas for growth and development
