Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to thrive
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs (ideal but not essential)
  • A caring and patient approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a passion for supporting student success
  • A commitment to making a positive impact on student lives
