Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Professional to work with children with complex needs. This is a rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic team.

As a key member of the school community, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.

This is a full-time position working from 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday during term time. We offer flexibility in terms of immediate start or a suitable notice period.

  • Providing individualized support to children with complex needs.
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each child.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support and communication.

Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
