We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in SEN and SEMH schools in Bedford and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, be available full-time, and hold an Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring that classroom management and student behaviour are maintained. You will lead a class of 2-4 students in a secondary school setting.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide support and ensure the smooth running of lessons. Your ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment is essential.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
