Education Support Role:

A Cover Supervisor is required to provide high-quality educational support to students with Special Educational Needs in Bedford and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Tasks:

  • To deliver pre-prepared lessons to students
  • To maintain positive classroom relationships and manage student behaviour
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to support students' learning needs

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS registration or willingness to apply

Salary: £25,920 - £29,440 per annum, depending on experience.
