Job Title: Venue Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Venue Sales Manager to join our team at a Premier Sporting venue in Northampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new and existing clients with the selling of corporate hospitality and private events.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a hospitality or corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the sports industry and rugby would be an advantage
