Your Role

As a Support Worker with Rehability UK, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your role will involve helping people engage in meaningful opportunities, supporting them in community activities, and assisting with personal care and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Help individuals engage in activities that promote their well-being and independence.
  • Support individuals in community activities, such as social events and shopping trips.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including medication administration.
  • Support individuals with preparing and cooking meals, cleaning, and planning daily activities.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments and support with social activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with complex needs.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
