Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and maintain a first-class knowledge of your territory and the opportunities within it.
  • Develop and coach the performance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke training solutions to support their warranty sales.
  • Actively find new ways to win business from target accounts with the use of our consultative sales process.
  • Dealing with all client queries and liaising with management as required.
  • Negotiate, and overcome any objections in order to win business from target dealer accounts.
  • Ensure you plan ahead in order to deliver the growth required to support your monthly new business KPI's.
  • Regularly review to pinpoint any areas which may require additional focus in your territory.
  • Plan your own diary to maximise your effectiveness in the role.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience and/or field-based environment is needed (Essential) some of our best Account Managers came from large Automotive companies ..Business Managers/Sales Managers from the motor trade.
  • Self-confidence and good relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and able to think on your feet.
  • A good eye for the details.
  • The ability to adapt to change as we constantly improve our business.
  • To be a highly SELF-motivated individual, hungry to succeed and be the best.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to persuade and influence potential sales over the line.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfortable proposing ideas and proposals to management.

Salary and Benefits:

  • 45-50,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission.

Experience:

  • Sales & Management: 1 year+ (preferred)
