Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and cross-selling additional tech-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify opportunities to expand client spend
* Ensure client satisfaction is exceeded and nurture long-term relationships
* Post-sales support for clients once onboarded
* Ensure client retention and accurate forecasting of client spend
What We Offer:
* A basic salary of £26,500 - £30,500
* An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £50,000
* 36 days holidays per year and Xmas shut down
* Private medical and dental care

* Free parking
* Monday to Friday hours - 8:30-5 / 9-5:30. NO WEEKENDS
