Secretary to National Sales Manager - South

DPD Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Secretary to support our National Sales Manager - South in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level secretarial and executive administrative assistance to the National Sales Manager - South.
  • Create high-level reporting and executive summaries from various internal and external systems, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, escalations from departmental senior management, and DPD board (SMT).
  • Organize all venues and catering requirements for Sales Team meetings and other business events as and when required.
  • Record and monitor company holiday entitlement, absence/sickness, and manage the Sales Team Annual Leave Calendar via DPD's internal portal.
Requirements:
  • Maintain and keep all relevant Sales documentation up to date.
  • Prioritize and have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • The ability to pay attention to detail and produce concise Sales information at request.
