People & Culture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at Sanderson Design Group plc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to our business units, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Talent Management: Support recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and retention strategies to ensure that our business units have the talent they need to succeed.
- Performance Management: Assist in the coordination and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to identify training needs and support the development and delivery of training programs.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with our business goals and are completed on time.
- Change Management: Implement and support comprehensive change management strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new initiatives, processes, and systems.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and support the administration of HR processes and systems.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Work autonomously and self-starter.
