  • HR Support
    • Provide day-to-day HR support to our business units, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

    • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

    • Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Talent Management

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or similar role.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
    • Work autonomously and self-starter.
