Account Growth Manager

**About This Role**
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team at Blazon Agency. This role involves leading day-to-day operations and delivering client projects with full responsibility. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that our campaigns are executed with creative excellence and delivery efficiency, strengthening our agency's reputation and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in creative/digital agencies, focusing on brand strategy and deep knowledge of advertising. They possess a keen eye for good design and meticulous attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include confident management of agency creative campaigns, delivering to agreed deadlines and within defined budgets. You will lead brand strategy for the agency and clients, communicate effectively with clients, and provide exceptional service and strategic direction.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Benefits include flexible contracts, fully remote roles with UK office hours, and flexible working hours with potential for shortened work weeks.
