Job Title: Account Growth Manager

As an Account Growth Manager at Hollr, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You'll lead your team to deliver exceptional results for clients, balancing hands-on account management with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and generate new business leads.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Media Relations: Leverage your media knowledge to secure coverage, direct campaign launches, and mentor your team on media relations.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers to deliver high-quality work and achieve business objectives.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent client acquisition and relationship building skills, strong financial and commercial acumen, expertise in media relations and campaign strategy, creative and strategic thinking, digital savvy, and team leadership skills.
