This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising and a passion for building a best-in-class B2B education network. You will work in a data-driven environment, using customer data and insights to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Create a net new program to develop a network of B2B education partnerships.
- Develop scalable mechanisms to syndicate and co-create content.
- Conduct customer research around preferred educational channels, tools, and formats.
- Align internal teams on content development priorities across business goals and customer problems.
- Explore new external partnerships with tool and service providers, industry associations, and government bodies.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights both internally and with external partners to measure success.
- 5+ years of experience driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team.
- Masters degree.
- Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams.
- Proven track record of leading creative development from concept to delivery.
- Ability to manage internal creative teams, external agencies, and freelancers.
- Effective communication skills, including presenting creative concepts to senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
