As a key member of the Amazon Ads team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising and contribute to the company's mission to provide innovative solutions for customers. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of a support management program for unmanaged advertisers, ensuring seamless collaboration between the in-house team and outsourced vendor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement processes to monitor and improve performance metrics for both teams, leveraging SOPs, training plans, and a performance scorecard.
  • Analyze customer feedback, data insights, and competitive product features to identify opportunities for enhancing Amazon's ad offerings.

Qualified candidates should possess a solid background in professional non-internship marketing, including experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs. Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, as well as proficiency in tools like Excel or Tableau, are highly desirable. Furthermore, experience with cross-functional marketing programs, particularly those spanning multiple time zones and languages, is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
