Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programme budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Deep understanding of commercial insurance, ideally in the London Market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and programme management software
