We are seeking a highly skilled Head of People and HR to lead our HR function and drive business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 people and reporting to the Operations Director and Co-Founders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the restaurant industry in the UK and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of UK employment law, particularly as it relates to hospitality.

The role will involve designing clear roles and responsibilities for the team, facilitating their interaction with other departments and sites, and setting exemplary standards of training and development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing a best-in-class onboarding and induction process, overseeing external trainers and coaches, and managing employee relations.

The Head of People and HR will be responsible for all HR documentation and compliance across the business, including regular audits and reporting. They will also lead on all HR platforms used across the business, support sites with training and audit, and develop and implement a best-in-class employee benefits programme.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and will be able to work closely with senior directors to nurture a positive culture across the business. They will also be responsible for supporting accurate and compliant payroll processing and supporting senior directors with organisational structure development.
