Head of People - HR

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the development of organizational structures and HR policies
  • Manage HR budgets, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Implement performance management and evaluation processes
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Develop and maintain a positive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR systems and software
