Job Description
"As the Senior Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will also be accountable for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and fostering a positive team culture among kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain high food quality standards throughout daily kitchen operations.
  • Serve as a role model and leader, promoting a positive team environment and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation safety and hygiene standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Compensation
"This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on your level of experience.
